Samsung Galaxy M01 has a 5.71-inch Infinity-V display with the resolution of 720×1560 pixels and comes with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone gets a dated water-drop style notch at the front for the selfie camera and prominent bezels on the top and bottom.

Samsung Galaxy M01 features Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 powered by octa-core processor, Adreno 505 GPU which is paired along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. The storage can be expanded up to 512GB using a microSD card slot. The device runs on Android 10 operating system with OneUI running on top.

Samsung Galaxy M01 has a dual camera setup at the rear with a 13-megapixel main camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth camera with an f/2.4 aperture. At the front, it has a 5-megapixel camera for selfie.
