Deusi is sung by males, while Bhailo is sung by females in general. People of all ages form groups to sing and dance in deusi bhailo as they go from house to house in their local area. To make the song more melodic, traditional instruments like madal, jhyali, and jhyamta are played. The group wears traditional dress during playing and singing deusi bhailo.
