How to Transfer Balance in Smart Cell?

How to transfer balance in Smart Cell?
To transfer balance in the Smart Cell, customer need to follow the following steps:
  • Dial *131*Mobile Number*Amount*123456#
    • Example: *131*9xxxxxxxxx*10*123456#

  • Customer can also use Smart Cell App to transfer balance using Balance Transfer feature from the mobile app.

Note: The minimum amount for transferring balance from one smart sim to other is Rs. 10/-.


For customer inquiry:
  • Dial 4242 (Smart Cell customer care number) from any Smart Cell number.
  • Customers can also call the Smart Telecom customer center by dialing 9611004242 from other mobile operators.
