Government of Nepal, Ministry of Health and Population has opened an online registration form available for COVID-19 vaccination all over the Nepal. People above 18 years old can register online for the vaccination of COVID-19.
The registration was made open from May 13, 2021.
The registration for Covid-19 vaccine can be done by those people above 18 years old who haven’t taken any vaccine dose till now.
How to register online for the Covid-19 vaccination in
Nepal?
- Visit website: https://vaccine.mohp.gov.np/
- Fill up the form correctly with required information like full
name, full address, date of birth, select identity card, occupation, any health
problems, physical condition, others.
- After filling the registration form, click SUBMIT.
After submitting the form, you will receive a registration
number. Keep it safe as it is used as a token number for vaccination.
During the vaccine campaign, you must carry your
registration number and designated identity card for the vaccination.
