Vivo Y20s has 6.51-inch Halo FullView Display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and HD+ (720 x 1600) resolution. The display also features the eye protection mode to filters out harmful blue light for eye protection. The smartphone measures 164.4 x 76.3 x 8.4 mm and weighs 192.3 grams.
Vivo Y20s is powered by octa core Qualcomm SM4250 Snapdragon 460 processor along with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage which can be expanded using MicroSD card up to 256GB. The smartphone runs on Funtouch 10.5 on the top of Android 10.
Vivo Y20s has AI triple macro cameras at rear of a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture; a 2-megapixel bokeh lens camera with an f/2.4 aperture and another 2-megapixel super macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture. At the front, it sports 8-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture for selfies.
