Application for Registration Operator on Contract Agreement for National Identity Card

Under the program of providing national identity cards to all Nepalese citizens, the Registration Operators are required on contract through open competition for the purpose of collecting citizen's details through operation of circular services.

The candidates are requested to submit a stamped application for Rs.10 in the District Administration Office of the concerned district within the date 2076/9/7. If the last day of submission of the application goes public leave, then the application should be submitted at the office on the first day of office opening.

2. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate Age Limit: Nepalese citizen must have completed 18 years at the time of application and not exceeded 35 of years.
• Minimum Educational Qualification and Training: Candidates should have passed the proficiency certificate level or equivalent and have obtained at least 3 months of computer related training or 100 level computer subject or above then separate training certificate is not required.
• No action taken to be disqualified for government service.

3. Salary: Monthly payment will be provided at the rate of Rs. 1200/- daily and have to work even on public holidays.

5. Application Form: Application form and syllabus and selection bases can be downloaded from the department's website http://donidcr.gov.np/ or the district administration office website of the district concerned.

6. Contract Agreement and Term: For the first time, at least 3 months’ contract will be from the concerned District Administration Office. The contract may be terminated at any time if the work is not done as agreed. If the work is satisfactory, then the contract period can be extended as per the requirement and even in other districts the work can be done.
