1. Officers for Corporate Office (Junior Officer to Senior Officer): - (20)

(Credit Administration, Credit, Operation, Risk, General Service, Human Resource, Marketing, Finance Department)

• Having Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University and having worked at a position two-level below the applied position for at least one year in a commercial bank or having worked at a position one level below the applied position for at least one year in other BFIs.
• Having the capacity to drive the department efficiently and provide effective departmental guidance to team members.

2. Branch Managers (Supervisors to Assistant Manage: (12)

Location: Inside & Outside Kathmandu Valley

• Having Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University and having worked at a position two-level below the applied position for at least one year in a commercial bank or having worked at a position one level below the applied position for at least one year in other BFIs.
• Should be skilful in business growth, providing a superior level of customer service 
• and promoting service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
• Having experience in credit administration, branch operation & marketing.

3. Relationship Managers/Operations In-charge (Assistant to Supervisor): - (15)

Location: Inside & Outside Kathmandu Valley

• Having at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University with two years of banking experience in any Banks/Financial Institutions.
• Priority will be given for candidates having working experience in the related department.

4. Compliance/Internal Audit Assistant (Assistant to Supervisor): - (8)

• Having completed CA intermediate or equivalent with Bachelor Degree.
• Completion of articles.
• Strong orientation towards control and compliance culture.

5. Chartered Accountants (Junior Officer to Senior Officer): - (5)

• Candidate must have chartered Accountant's Degree.
• Preference will be given for candidates having previous experience in BFIs. However, fresher are also encouraged to apply.
• The corporate position will be offered commensurate with the skills, relevant experience & exposure of candidates.
