Development Bank Ltd. having its working area at Morang, Sunsari, Jhapa,
Dhankuta, Terathum, Ilam and Panchthar district invites application from the
energetic, innovative, qualified and experienced and result oriented Nepalese
candidates to fill in the following position.
1. Position: Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager
Number of Vacancies: Few
At least 5 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions also with
the requirement of managerial knowledge and skill; and minimum 3 years of work
experience either in finance, credit, human resource or operation as chief of
the department.
Minimum Master Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
2. Position: Senior Officer
Number of Vacancies: Few
At least 5 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions and
minimum 1 year of experience as officer level with exposure in area of human
resource/finance/credit/marketing.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized
university.
3. Position: Officer
Number of Vacancies: Few
At least 4 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions or
insurance or other institutions with exposure in the areas of Operation, Credit
and Marketing.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized
university.
4. Position:
Junior Officer
Number of Vacancies: Few
At least 3 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions with
exposure in the areas of Operation, Credit and Marketing.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized
university.
5. Position: Supervisor
Number of Vacancies: Few
At least 2 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized
university.
6. Position: Senior Assistant
Number of Vacancies: Few
At least 2 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions
Minimum Plus 2/Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized university with
aggregate of 50% marks.
7. Position: Assistant
Number of Vacancies: Few
At least 1 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions.
Minimum Plus 2/Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized university with
aggregate of 50% marks.
8. Position: Junior Assistant
Number of Vacancies: Few
Prior banking experience will be advantage.
Minimum Plus 2/Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized university with
aggregate of 50% marks.
Eligible Candidates are allowed to apply as per the Criteria for age bar for
vacancy no. 1 not exceeding 50, for vacancy no. 2 not exceeding 45 for vacancy
no. 3-4 not exceeding 40, and for vacancy no. 5 to 8 not exceeding 35 and 5
years of grace period for female candidate. For internal staff of this bank are
allowed to apply as per the criteria with below 50% Marks for vacancy no. 6 to
8.
