Gandaki Bikas Bank Limited invites applications for Head office, Cluster Officer, existing branches and upcoming branches (Kamalakshi, Maitidevi, Thamel – Kathmandu, Madhyapur Thimi – Bhaktapur, Dhadingbesi, Malekhu – Dhadhing, Dumre, Jamune – Tanahun, Bhoteodar – Lamjung, Rampur – Palpa, Jeetpur – Kapilbastu, Bansgadi – Bardiya, Khalanga Jumla – Jumla, Janakpur – Dhanusha, Telauli – Chitwan, Bajhapatan – Kaski)

1. Branch Managers (Sr. Officer/Officer/Jr. Officer) : Few

Required Competencies:

• Proven skill in vending of Banking Products & understanding of current financial market.
• Having exposure in areas of credit and business development
• At least 3 years of working experience in Banking & Financial Institutions.

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent (Preferably Master Degree)

2. Relationship Officers(Jr. Officer/Sr. Assistant/ Assistant) – Few

Required Competencies:

• Proven skill in vending of Banking Products & understanding of current financial market.
• Having exposure in areas of credit and business development
• At Least 2 years of experience in Bank and Financial Institution.

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent.

3. Assistant Level (Sr. Assistant/Assistant/Jr. Assistant) : Few
Required Competencies:

• At Least 1 year of experience in any Bank and Financial institution.

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent. 

4. Trainee Assistant – Few
Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent

5. Internal Auditor (Officer/ Jr. Officer/Sr. Assistant) –Few

Minimum Criteria:

• Already attended final examination of CA from recognized Institute.
• Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in Bank/Financial Institutions or banking audit experience in audit firms.

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent

Eligibility criteria for all positions:

• Ability to work independently with flexibility of time and working condition.
• Well-versed and fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
• Competent in Ms Office package.
• Expected to be having positive attitude, smart personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Position shall be determined as per candidate’s work experience and qualification.
• Age should not exceed 35 years for assistant level and 40 years for officer level.
