Citizens Bank International Limited invites applications from qualified Nepalese citizens for the vacant job positions at its Provincial Offices, Branches, and Departments.

1. Provincial Manager-Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager (2)
Province 5 (Nepalgunj), Province 6 (Surkhet)Minimum of 10 years experience in a commercial bank. Candidate must have prior work experience as Branch Manager or Provincial Manager with sound knowledge of Operations & Credit.

2. Branch Manager - Assistant Manager (1)
Durbarmarg BranchMinimum of 10 years experience in a commercial bank. Candidate must have prior work experience as Branch Manager with a focus in sales, deposit marketing, and customer relationship management.

3. Branch Managers (Few)
Candidates applying for this position must have prior work experience as Branch Manager with sound knowledge of Operations & Credit.
  • 3.1 Senior Officer (3) - Birgunj, Nepalgunj, Hetauda          
    • Minimum of 8 years experience in a commercial bank.
  • 3.2 Officer (Few) - Kathmandu Valley, Banepa, Jumia, Kollini (Sara),  Bardibas (Mahottari), Mahendranagar (Kanchanpur)    
    • Minimum of 7 years experience in a commercial bank.
  • 3.3 Junior Officer (3) - Baglung, Gaushala (Mahottari), Aurahi (Mahottari)           
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial bank.
  • 3.4 Supervisor (2) - Chhahara (Palpa), Jhimruk (Pyuthan)   
    • Minimum 3 years experience in commercial bank.
4. Chartered Accountant - (1)
Assistant Manager

Candidate should be Chartered Accountant from ICAN or ICAI. Candidate must have minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a commercial bank.

5. Innovation Department - Assistant Manager (1)
Minimum 10 years experience in the area of Research and Development in a commercial bank. Candidate must have strong data analytical skills and be able to track and forecast technological changes in Nepalese as well as International Banking Industry and suggest its impact and ways to implement in the Bank.

6. Head - Remittance Department - Senior Officer (1)
Minimum 8 years experience in commercial bank or remittance company. Candidate working in a commercial bank must have prior work experience in the same department.

7. Head - Bancassurance Unit - Senior Officer (I)
Minimum of 8 years experience in a commercial bank or insurance company. Candidate working in a commercial bank must have prior work experience in the same department.

8. Head - e-Banking Department - Senior Officer (1)
Minimum 8 years experience in a commercial bank with experience in a similar department. Candidate should be able to design e-marketing products and should be familiar with banking services having sound knowledge of regulatory requirements.

9. Human Resource Department - Officer/ Junior Officer (2)
Minimum 7 years experience for Officer and 5 years experience for Junior Officer positions in a commercial bank. Candidate must have prior work experience in the Human Resource Department with focus on capacity building.

10. Relationship Officer - Junior Officer (Few)
Location: Existing Branches of the Bank
Minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial bank. Candidate must have experience in the field of credit (Corporate/ CBU/ SME).

11. Deposit Marketing - Junior Officer/ Supervisor (Few)
Corporate Office, Inside Valley Branches, Provincial Office (Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dhangadi
Minimum 5 years experience for Junior Officer and 3 years experience for Supervisor positions in a commercial bank. Candidate must have prior work experience in the same department.

12. Database Administrator- Junior Officer/Supervisor (1)
Minimum 3 years experience in Oracle Database Administration. Candidate should have sound knowledge of database tuning and optimization, data replication, data backup and restore. Preference will be given to candidate having certification in Oracle Database OCA DBAllg/12e, OCP.

13. Risk Department - Junior Officer (1)
Minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial bank. Candidate must have experience in Risk Management or Compliance department with the ability to assess and evaluate the current and potential risk, prepare a strategy to combat the risk and design overall risk management process for the Bank.

14. Head - Clearing Department - Junior Officer (1)
Minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial bank. Candidate must have prior work experience in the same department with Finacle as Core Banking Software.

15. Recovery Unit - Supervisor (2)
Minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial bank. Candidate must have prior work experience in the same department.

  • Candidate applying for all positions except Chartered Accountant must have a minimum Bachelor's Degree preferably in Management from a recognized university.
  • Candidate must presently be working at the same or one level below (minimum one-year experience in one position below) the position applying for.
  • Candidate must have a working knowledge of MS Office applications and must be fluent in English and Nepali (written and spoken).
  • Preference will be given to candidate with lower age and higher experience in a related field.
  • Preference will be given to a suitable local candidate or the candidate from the surrounding areas of the branches.
