1. Province/Regional Head - Managerial Level - Few

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, preferably as Province / Regional Head or Branch Manager in the concerned province or region.
• Master's Degree in Management/Economics or related field

2. Branch Manager - Junior Officer to Assistant Manager - Few

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions in the area(s) of 
• Credit / Deposit management, Trade Finance, Compliance, Risk and/or Operations.
• Master's Degree in Management/Economics or related field for Managerial Level, and a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics or related field for Officer Level.
• Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level.

3. Relationship Manager - Senior Assistant to Junior Officer - Few

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions in the area(s) of Credit or Deposit management or Operation management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics or related field
• Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level, 30 years for Assistant Level.

4. Service Manager/Operation In charge - Senior Assistant to Supervisor - Few

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions in the area(s) of Deposits, Customer Service, and/or Operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics or related field.
• Age not exceeding 30 years.

5. Management Trainee - 10

• A minimum of Master in Management/Economics or related field with 50% or equivalent CGPA.
• Age not exceeding 30 years.
• A minimum of Bachelor in Management/Economics or related field with 50% or equivalent CGPA.
• Age not exceeding 25 years.

6. Gold Tester (Contractual Employment) - Few

• A minimum of 2 years experience in the related field or accredited /certified Gold Tester.
• Preference will be given to local candidates
